Our solid wood maple drawers are crafted using select soft white maple.  We purchase the material in 10" and wider boards that come to us unfinished, 8' to 12' long.  All of our select maple drawer sides are sanded flush and clear coated after assembly, giving you a beautiful, finished joint.  The sides of our maple drawers are held down 1/16" with a 2mm eased edge on the top sides.  The bottoms can be either 1/4" (B4) select maple with and MDF core (or) 12mm natural birch plywood.

Plywood drawers are available in 12mm (1/2") or 15mm (5/8") material.  The material is a select whole piece birch veneer that is clear coated on two sides with a durable UV finish.  The top edge can be edge banded with UV birch tape, multiplex tape or clear finish with rounded sides that are held down 1/16".  When you order the clear finished top edge, the sides will automatically be sanded and clear coated after assembly.  Drawer bottoms are available in 1/4" birch or 1/2" birch plywood.
